Take the Gautrain from Johannesburg Park Station. Board the train heading towards Hatfield. Travel for about 15 minutes and disembark at the Braamfontein Station. Once you exit the station, head northeast on Jorissen Street. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Station Street. Turn left onto Station Street, and you will find the Wits Life Science Museum at 33 Station Street on your right. The museum is approximately a 10-minute walk from the station.

From the Johannesburg city center, locate the nearest bus station (you can ask locals or check a map for the closest one). Take any bus that heads towards Braamfontein. Inform the driver that you wish to get off at the Wits Life Science Museum stop or the nearest stop to 33 Station Street. Once you get off, walk along Station Street until you reach the museum. It should be a short walk of about 5 minutes.
