If you are starting from the Johannesburg city center, head east towards the corner of Eloff Street and President Street. From there, walk along Eloff Street until you reach the intersection with Sauer Street. Turn left onto Sauer Street and continue walking until you see the Hillbrow Tower in the distance. It will be on your right. The address is 35 Goldreich Street, Hillbrow.
