If you are in the Johannesburg city center, head to the nearest Gautrain station, Park Station. Purchase a Gautrain ticket to Rosebank station. Once you arrive at Rosebank station, exit the station and head northwest on Cradock Ave. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach Oxford Rd. Turn left onto Oxford Rd. The City Sightseeing Johannesburg Visitor Center will be on your right after approximately 1.5 kilometers.

From the Johannesburg city center, take the Rea Vaya Bus system. Board the BRT bus at the nearest station heading towards the Rosebank area. Alight at the Rosebank BRT station. From there, walk northeast on Cradock Ave for about 300 meters, then turn left onto Oxford Rd. The City Sightseeing Johannesburg Visitor Center will be located on your right after about 1.2 kilometers.

If you are staying in the Rosebank area, you can easily walk to the City Sightseeing Johannesburg Visitor Center. From the Rosebank Mall, head southwest on Cradock Ave for about 400 meters. Turn left onto Oxford Rd, and continue walking for approximately 1 kilometer. The Visitor Center will be on your right side, just before you reach the intersection with Baker St.
