If you are starting from Johannesburg city center, head to the Rea Vaya Bus Station at the corner of Rissik and Von Wielligh Streets. Take the Rea Vaya Bus on the BRT route that will take you towards the Alexandra area. Disembark at the Kengsington stop. From there, walk along Kengsington Road towards Cumberland Road. Continue straight until you reach Rhodes Park, which will be on your right.

From Johannesburg city center, you can take a minibus taxi heading towards Kensington. Look for taxis near the Johannesburg Park Station. Inform the driver you want to go to Rhodes Park. The taxi will drop you off close to the park. Walk along Cumberland Road; the entrance to Rhodes Park will be on your left.

If you are already in the Kensington area, simply walk to Rhodes Park by heading east on Cumberland Road. Walking from the Kensington area should take you about 10-15 minutes. Look out for the park entrance, which will be clearly marked.
