From Springbok, take the N7 highway heading south. After approximately 50 km, turn left onto the R355 towards Pofadder. Continue on the R355 for about 80 km until you reach the junction with the R382. Turn left onto the R382, and follow it for around 40 km. Keep an eye out for the Riemvasmaak turn-off, which is well marked. Take the gravel road to the right, and follow it for approximately 10 km until you reach the Riemvasmaak Hot Springs.
