  If you are driving, start from the center of Vryburg. Head northwest on Kerk Street towards the R378 road. Turn right onto R378 and follow the road for approximately 15 kilometers. The Leon Taljaard Nature Reserve will be on your left-hand side. Make sure to keep an eye out for the entrance sign. There is no entry fee for the reserve, but it's advisable to check for any updates regarding access.

  To reach Leon Taljaard Nature Reserve using public transportation, take a minibus taxi from Vryburg to the R378. These taxis usually leave from the main taxi rank in Vryburg. Inform the driver that you are going to the nature reserve. The fare should be around R15 to R30. Once you reach the R378, you may need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to the entrance of the reserve, so be prepared for a short walk.
