If you are driving from any location in North West, start by getting onto the N4 highway towards Johannesburg. Once on the N4, continue for approximately 90 kilometers. As you approach Johannesburg, take the exit towards the N1 highway. Merge onto the N1 and continue for about 15 kilometers. Take the exit for the M1 towards the city center. Follow the M1 and take the exit for the M2 towards Germiston. Exit at the Eloff Street exit and turn left onto Eloff Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Erlswold Way and turn left. The South African National Museum of Military History will be on your right at 22 Erlswold Way.
