From the City Centre, walk east along Church Street until you reach the intersection with Paul Kruger Street. Turn left onto Paul Kruger Street and continue walking straight for about 1 km until you reach the entrance of the Pretoria Botanical Gardens. Inside the gardens, follow the signage towards the wetland area, which is located towards the eastern side of the gardens.

    From the Pretoria City Centre, you can take the bus number 14 from the main bus station (Pretoria Bus Station). Ensure you get on a bus heading towards the Brooklyn area. Get off at the stop near the Pretoria Botanical Gardens. From there, it is a short walk towards the entrance of the gardens. Once inside, follow the signs to the wetland area.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer to cycle, rent a bicycle from one of the rental stations available in the City Centre. Head east along Church Street, then turn onto Paul Kruger Street heading towards the Pretoria Botanical Gardens. Enter the gardens and use the designated cycling paths to reach the wetland area located on the eastern side.
