If you are driving along Route 62, head towards the town of Montagu. From Montagu, take the R62 until you reach the junction with the R60. Turn onto the R60 towards Grahamstown. Continue on the R60 for approximately 25 km, then turn left onto the R34 towards Ngome. Follow the R34 until you reach Langgewacht, which is where the Ngome Marian Shrine is located.
