    From Sani Pass, drive south on the R556 road. After about 11 kilometers, you will reach a fork. Take the road that veers left (this is the R617). Continue for approximately 5 kilometers until you see signage for Bamboo Mountain on your right. Follow the dirt road for about 3 kilometers until you reach the entrance of the national park.

    If you're using public transport, your best option is to take a local taxi (known as a 'taxi' or 'combi') from the main taxi rank in Himeville. Ask for a taxi heading towards Sani Pass. Once you arrive at Sani Pass, you can either hire a local driver or join a guided tour that goes to Bamboo Mountain. Make sure to confirm the return times with your driver or tour guide.
