From Sunshine Coast, head southwest on the N2 highway toward Makhanda (Grahamstown). Continue for approximately 60 kilometers. Take the exit toward R67/Makhanda. Follow the R67 and signs for Makhanda. Once in Makhanda, follow signs for the 1820 Settler's National Monument, which is located at the top of the hill near the city center. There is parking available near the monument.
