If you are driving, start from Edisto Beach. Head northwest on Palmetto Blvd toward Edisto Beach State Park. After approximately 1.5 miles, turn left onto SC-174 W. Continue for about 5 miles until you reach the intersection with Botany Bay Rd. Turn right onto Botany Bay Rd. The preserve entrance is about 1.5 miles down the road. Look for the parking area on your left.
