If you're starting at Coligny Beach Park, head north on South Forest Beach Drive. Continue until the road merges into Pope Avenue and take a left turn onto Pope Avenue. Follow Pope Avenue until you reach the intersection with Palmetto Bay Road. Turn right onto Palmetto Bay Road, and you will find Audubon Newhall Preserve on your left side at 55 Palmetto Bay Rd.

Starting from the Harbour Town Lighthouse, walk towards Lighthouse Road and follow it until you reach the intersection with Baynard Cove Road. Turn right onto Baynard Cove Road and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Palmetto Bay Road. Turn left onto Palmetto Bay Road, and you will find Audubon Newhall Preserve on your right at 55 Palmetto Bay Rd.
