From the Coligny Beach Park, head towards Coligny Circle and take the bike path that leads towards South Forest Beach Drive. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Dunes Road. Turn left onto Dunes Road and follow it until you reach the entrance of the Avian Loop Trail Beach. The trail is well-marked, and you will see signs indicating the direction.

If you are starting from the Sea Pines Resort, begin your walk by heading towards the Sea Pines Center. From there, continue down Lighthouse Road until you reach the intersection with South Sea Pines Drive. Turn left and continue straight until you reach the beach entrance for Avian Loop Trail. The trailhead is located right at the beach access point.

Public Transportation (Shuttle)
Take the local shuttle service that operates within Hilton Head Island. Board the shuttle at any of the designated stops and ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to the Avian Loop Trail Beach. Once you get off, follow the signs towards the beach access point, which will lead you to the trail.

If you are using an electric scooter, you can rent one from several locations around Hilton Head. Start at the Harbour Town area and head towards Lighthouse Road.
