Continue on I-26 for approximately 90 miles until you reach exit 54A for I-385 North towards Greenville. After about 7 miles, take exit 40 for Mauldin Road. Turn left onto Mauldin Road and drive for about 1 mile. Conestee Nature Preserve will be on your right at 840 Mauldin Rd, Greenville, SC 29607.
