Car
From anywhere in Lowcountry, head towards Interstate 26. Merge onto I-26 West towards Greenville. Continue on I-26 for approximately 90 miles until you reach exit 54A for I-385 North towards Greenville. After about 7 miles, take exit 40 for Mauldin Road. Turn left onto Mauldin Road and drive for about 1 mile. Conestee Nature Preserve will be on your right at 840 Mauldin Rd, Greenville, SC 29607.

Public Transportation
If you're using public transportation, you can take the Greyhound bus to Greenville from various locations in Lowcountry. Once you arrive at the Greenville bus station, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service (Uber or Lyft) to reach Conestee Nature Preserve, which is approximately 5 miles away. The taxi fare should be around $15-$20. The rideshare may vary depending on demand.

If you prefer biking, you can bike from downtown Greenville to Conestee Nature Preserve. Head south on South Main Street and follow the path along the Reedy River. Continue on the Swamp Rabbit Trail until you reach the intersection with Mauldin Road. Turn left onto Mauldin Road and it will lead you directly to the preserve. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local biking rules.
