Walking
If you are in the downtown area of Mauldin, start at Mauldin City Park located at 100 E Butler Rd. From there, head east on E Butler Rd towards the intersection with S Main St. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with E Lee Rd. Turn left onto E Lee Rd and walk for about a quarter of a mile. You will see the entrance to the Greenville Health System Swamp Rabbit Trail on your right.

Bicycle
To reach the Greenville Health System Swamp Rabbit Trail by bike from the Mauldin Library located at 101 S Main St, head south on S Main St for about 0.3 miles until you reach E Butler Rd. Turn left and cycle east for approximately 0.5 miles. When you reach the intersection with E Lee Rd, turn left and continue for about 0.25 miles. The trail entrance will be on your right. The bike path is well-marked and provides a scenic route.

To use public transit, take the Greenlink bus route 1 from the nearest bus stop at Mauldin Library. Board the bus heading towards downtown Greenville and get off at the stop near E Butler Rd and S Main St. From there, walk east along E Butler Rd for about 0.5 miles until you reach E Lee Rd. Turn left and walk about a quarter of a mile to find the entrance to the Greenville Health System Swamp Rabbit Trail on your right.
