Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes until you reach the stop at Cleveland Park Drive. Once you exit the bus, walk about 5 minutes northwest on Cleveland Park Drive, and you will arrive at the Greenville Zoo located at 150 Cleveland Park Dr, Greenville, SC 29601.

    If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a local rental shop in Mauldin. Head northwest towards the intersection of E Butler Rd and S Main St. Follow S Main St towards Greenville. Continue on S Main St until you reach Cleveland Park Drive. Turn right onto Cleveland Park Drive and ride for about 2 miles. The Greenville Zoo will be on your left at 150 Cleveland Park Dr, Greenville, SC 29601.
