From Mauldin, head to the nearest bus stop located at the Mauldin City Center. Take the Greenlink Route 4 bus towards the Downtown Greenville area. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes until you reach the stop at Cleveland Park Drive. Once you exit the bus, walk about 5 minutes northwest on Cleveland Park Drive, and you will arrive at the Greenville Zoo located at 150 Cleveland Park Dr, Greenville, SC 29601.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a local rental shop in Mauldin. Head northwest towards the intersection of E Butler Rd and S Main St. Follow S Main St towards Greenville. Continue on S Main St until you reach Cleveland Park Drive. Turn right onto Cleveland Park Drive and ride for about 2 miles. The Greenville Zoo will be on your left at 150 Cleveland Park Dr, Greenville, SC 29601.

Walking
For a more scenic route, you can walk from Mauldin to Greenville. Start at the Mauldin Cultural Center and head north on S Main St. Continue straight for about 2.5 miles until you reach the entrance of Cleveland Park. Enter the park and walk along the path until you see signs for the Greenville Zoo. It will take approximately 45-60 minutes to reach the zoo on foot.
