    If you're driving from the center of Piedmont, head northeast on SC-86 N/E Greenville St toward Main St. Continue on SC-86 N for about 4 miles. Merge onto I-85 N toward Greenville and drive for about 7 miles. Take exit 51B for I-385 N toward Greenville and continue for about 2 miles. Take exit 39B toward Mauldin Rd and turn right onto Mauldin Rd. The Conestee Nature Preserve will be on your left at 840 Mauldin Rd, Greenville, SC 29607. There is no entrance fee for the preserve.

  • Public Transportation

    If you prefer public transportation, you can take the Greenville Transit Authority bus line 504 from the Piedmont area. Check the schedule for the appropriate times and board the bus heading towards downtown Greenville. Once you reach the downtown bus terminal, transfer to bus line 4 (the Mauldin route). After about a 20-minute ride, get off at the Mauldin Rd stop. From there, it's a short walk (about 0.5 miles) to Conestee Nature Preserve.
