From Table Rock State Park, head southeast on State Park Road toward SC-11 N. Continue on SC-11 N for approximately 12 miles. Take the exit onto I-385 S toward Greenville. After about 12 miles, take exit 42 for Haywood Road. Turn left onto Haywood Road, then right onto Cleveland Park Drive. The Greenville Zoo will be on your left at 150 Cleveland Park Dr, Greenville, SC 29601.

From Table Rock State Park, you will first need to get to a bus stop on SC-11 N. You can walk or drive to the nearest bus stop at the intersection of SC-11 N and SC-183. Catch a Greyhound or local bus heading towards Greenville. Upon arrival at the Greenville Bus Station, take a taxi or rideshare service to the Greenville Zoo located at 150 Cleveland Park Dr, Greenville, SC 29601.
