Take exit 63 for SC-290 toward Duncan. Turn left onto SC-290 E. In approximately 2 miles, turn right onto Dillard Rd. Tyger River Park will be on your left at 179 Dillard Rd, Duncan, SC 29334.

  From Greenville, take I-85 N. Take exit 63 for SC-290 toward Duncan. Turn right onto SC-290 E. Continue straight for about 2 miles, then turn right onto Dillard Rd. Tyger River Park is located approximately 1 mile down Dillard Rd on your left.
