To reach Rock Quarry Garden by car, start from downtown Greenville. Head northwest on Main St toward E Washington St. Continue on Main St for about 0.5 miles. Turn left onto E Washington St and continue for another 0.5 miles. Turn right onto S Church St and drive for about 0.3 miles. Turn left onto E Broad St, which will become E North St. Continue straight for approximately 0.4 miles. Turn left onto Cleveland St and follow it for about 0.2 miles. Turn right onto E Washington St. The entrance to Rock Quarry Garden will be on your left. There is no parking fee; however, the garden is situated in a public park, so be mindful of any parking regulations.

If you prefer public transportation, you can take the Greenlink Bus. Board the Greenlink Route 1 bus towards the downtown area. Get off at the 'Main St @ E North St' stop. From there, walk east along E North St for about 0.3 miles until you reach Cleveland St. Turn right onto Cleveland St and walk another 0.2 miles until you reach the intersection with E Washington St. Turn left, and the entrance to Rock Quarry Garden will be on your left. The bus fare is approximately $1.00, paid in cash or through the Greenlink app.
