From Chuncheon Station, head to the bus terminal located adjacent to the station. Look for bus number 3 or 3-1, which goes directly to Soyangho. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to get off at Soyangho. The stop is well marked, and you will see signs indicating the Soyangho area.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Chuncheon. Simply instruct the driver to take you to Soyangho, located in Sinbuk-eup, Chuncheon-si, Gangwon-do. The ride will take around 20 minutes depending on traffic. Ensure that you have the name 'Soyangho' and the address written down in Korean, which is '춘천시 신북읍 소양호', in case the driver is not fluent in English.
Bicycle Rental
For those looking for an adventurous route, consider renting a bicycle in Chuncheon. There are several rental shops near Chuncheon Station. Once you have your bike, head towards the Soyang River. Follow the riverbanks which will lead you towards Soyangho. The total distance is about 10 km and will take roughly 40-50 minutes, depending on your cycling speed. Enjoy the scenic views along the way!
