Walking
If you are in the center of Chuncheon, start at Chuncheon Station. Exit the station and head south on Jungangno (Central Street). Continue walking straight for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the intersection with Jungangno 1(il)-ga. Turn left onto Jungangno 1(il)-ga and continue straight for about 300 meters. Wibongmun will be on your right at 9 Jungangno 1(il)-ga.
Public Transportation
From Chuncheon Station, take bus number 1 or 2 towards Dongbu Market. Get off at the Dongbu Market stop. From there, walk east along Jungangno for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Jungangno 1(il)-ga. Turn left and walk down Jungangno 1(il)-ga for about 300 meters. Wibongmun will be on your right at 9 Jungangno 1(il)-ga.
Taxi
