Subway
Start your journey at Daegu Station (대구역). Take Line 1 (the orange line) towards Ansim Station (안심역). After 6 stops, get off at Beomeo (범어역). Transfer to Line 2 (the green line) and head towards the last stop, which is Daegu National Museum Station (대구국립박물관역). Once there, exit the station and head towards the bus stop located near the exit.
Bus
At the nearby bus stop, take Bus No. 1 or Bus No. 5. These buses will take you towards Donghwasa Museum. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes, and keep an eye out for the Donghwasa Museum stop (동화사박물관). Once you get off the bus, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to the museum, which should be a short walk from the bus stop.

If you prefer to walk once you arrive at Donghwasa, from the bus stop, head west on the road and follow the signs that direct you to the museum. The walk should take about 10-15 minutes, and it will lead you through a pleasant area with local shops and cafes along the way.
