If you're driving, start from the center of Gangneung. Take Donghae Expressway (Expressway 65) towards Jumunjin. After about 15 km, take exit 9 for Jumunjin. Continue on the road for approximately 5 km until you reach Hyangho-ri. The camping site is located at 8-45 Hyangho-ri, Jumunjin-eup, Gangneung-si, Gangwon-do. There is no toll for this route, and parking is available near the beach.

To reach Jumunjin beach and camping site via public transportation, start by taking a bus from Gangneung Bus Terminal. Look for buses heading to Jumunjin (Bus No. 200 or 202). The journey takes about 30-40 minutes and costs around 2,000 KRW. Once you arrive at Jumunjin, you can either walk (approximately 15 minutes) or take a local taxi to the beach and camping site.
