If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Gangneung and head east on Gangneung-Daegwallyeong Road (Route 6). Continue driving for about 12 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Yeongok-myeon. Turn left onto Yeongok Road and follow the road for approximately 3 kilometers. You will see signs for 영진해변 (Yeongjin Beach) directing you to the beach area. There is parking available nearby, which may incur a small fee.

To reach 영진해변 using public transportation, start at Gangneung Bus Terminal. Take Bus Number 202 or 203 towards Yeongok. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Get off at the Yeongok-myeon stop. From there, it is a short 10-minute walk to 영진해변. Make sure to check the bus schedule for return trips, as services may be limited in the evening.

For a more convenient option, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Gangneung. Simply tell the driver '영진해변' or show them the address: Yeongok-myeon, Gangneung-si, Gangwon-do.
