If you are traveling by car, navigate to Ahopsan Forest by entering the following GPS coordinates into your navigation system: 35.2871145, 129.1715058. From central Gwandong Region, take the main highway towards Busan, following signs for Gijang-gun. Once you approach the Gijang area, take the exit for Cheolma-myeon. Continue on Midong-gil, and you will find the entrance to Ahopsan Forest on your right. There is parking available on site, but note that parking may incur a small fee.

Public Transportation - Bus
To reach Ahopsan Forest using public transportation, take a bus from Gwandong Region to Gijang-gun. You can catch Bus No. 1001 or 1003 from the main bus terminal in Gwandong. The journey typically takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at Gijang-gun, transfer to Bus No. 1001-1 or 1003-1, which will take you directly to Ahopsan Forest. The bus stop is located close to the entrance of the forest. Ensure you have cash or a transportation card, as bus fare is required.

Public Transportation - Train
If you prefer taking a train, you can travel from Gwandong to the nearest train station, which is Gijang Station. From Gwandong, take the train towards Busan and get off at Gijang Station. From there, you will need to take Bus No. 1001 or 1003 to reach Ahopsan Forest. The bus ride from the station will take approximately 20 minutes. Make sure to check the train schedule in advance to avoid long wait times.
