From Seoul, take the Gyeongin Expressway (Route 1), then merge onto the Seongnam-Gwangmyeong Expressway (Route 47) and follow the signs for Gwangmyeong. Upon arrival, there is ample parking available near the cave entrance, but be mindful that there may be a parking fee, typically around 1,000 to 2,000 KRW per hour.

To reach Gwangmyeong Cave via public transportation, take the Seoul Metro Line 1 (the Dark Blue Line) to Gwangmyeong Station. The journey takes about 40 minutes from Seoul Station. Once you arrive at Gwangmyeong Station, exit the station and look for Bus No. 1 or 2. Board the bus and ride it for approximately 15-20 minutes. Get off at the 'Gwangmyeong Cave' stop. The bus fare is around 1,250 KRW. The cave is a short walk from the bus stop.
