From any point in Buk-gu, locate the nearest bus stop and take a bus that heads towards the Gwangju National Museum. The bus fare is approximately 1,200 KRW. After boarding, stay on the bus for about 15-20 minutes, and get off at the 'Gwangju National Museum' stop. The museum is a short walk from the bus stop.

If you are near a subway station, take the Gwangju Subway Line 1. Board the subway heading towards 'Songjeong' station. After 4 stops, alight at 'Chonnam National University' station. From there, take exit 3 and walk straight for about 15 minutes toward Haseo-ro. The museum will be on your right. The subway fare is around 1,300 KRW.
