Car
If you are driving to Daereungwon Tomb Complex from anywhere in the Honam Region, take National Route 1 (also known as the Gyeongbu Expressway) heading towards Gyeongju. Once you reach Gyeongju, follow the signs for the city center, and then look for signs directing you to Hwangnam-dong. The address is 31-1 Hwangnam-dong, Gyeongju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do. Parking is available nearby, but be sure to check for any parking fees that may apply.
Public Transportation - Train
If you prefer to take public transportation, first head to the nearest train station in your area that connects to the KTX (Korea Train Express) services. Board a KTX train heading to Gyeongju Station. Upon arrival at Gyeongju Station, you can take a taxi directly to Daereungwon Tomb Complex, which is approximately a 10-minute drive away. Alternatively, you can take bus number 10 or 11 from the station, which will take you close to the complex.
Public Transportation - Bus
If you are traveling via bus, you can take an express bus from a major city in the Honam Region (like Gwangju or Jeonju) to the Gyeongju Bus Terminal. Once you arrive at the Gyeongju Bus Terminal, take local bus number 10 or 11, which will take you directly to the Daereungwon Tomb Complex. The ride is about 20-30 minutes. Keep an eye on the bus stops and ask the driver if you are unsure.
