Getting There

Subway
If you're in Incheon, start by taking the Incheon Subway Line 1 towards Suwon. Travel to the last stop, which is Incheon Station. Once there, transfer to the Seoul Subway Line 1 and head towards Seodongtan Station. After two stops, you will reach City Hall Station. From City Hall Station, transfer to Line 2 (the Green Line) towards Hongdae. Get off at Euljiro 1(il)-ga Station and take Exit 2. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach 99 Yulgok-ro, where Changdeokgung is located.

Bus
From Incheon, you can catch Bus No. 1 or 2 at the Incheon Bus Terminal. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the most up-to-date times. Ride the bus towards Seoul for approximately 1 hour and get off at the Jongno 3-ga Station. From there, transfer to Line 5 of the subway towards Gwanghimun Station. Get off at the next stop, which is Gwanghwamun Station. From Exit 2, walk straight for about 15 minutes until you reach 99 Yulgok-ro, where Changdeokgung is located.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Incheon to Changdeokgung. Just tell the driver 'Changdeokgung' or show them the address '99 Yulgok-ro, Jongno District, Seoul.'
