Wonderful day trip to...
Wonderful day trip to Seoul! I let Alice know what I was interested and she took me to the following places: Namdaemun Market → Gyeongbokgung Palace → Insadong → Bukchon Hanok Village. I appreciated her reaching out to me in advance to plan everything. Being that I had limited time (12 hour layover) she helped me see as much as I could in a short amount of time. She was very helpful with helping me find souvenirs I was looking for and would help me ask a salesperson for specific items. Taking me from location to location was really efficient so I could maximize my time. Alice also gave me background information about the history of the palace and Korea in general. Enjoyed a honey seed hotteok snack and beef bulgogi for lunch. Also, had a chance to see a couple of galleries and really enjoyed the artwork.
