From Jeju City Hall, head to the nearest bus stop and take Bus 100 or Bus 200 towards Aewol. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the 'Cheondeok-ro' stop. From there, walk north on Cheondeok-ro for about 10 minutes until you reach 9.81 Park Jeju, which will be on your left.

Hail a taxi from anywhere in Jeju City. Show the driver the address: '880-24 Cheondeok-ro, Aewol-eup, Jeju-si, Jeju-do'. The ride should take around 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. The park is easily recognizable by its entrance.
