From Jeju City Hall, walk to the Jeju Intercity Bus Terminal located at 10 minutes on foot. Catch the bus number 700 that heads towards Hallim Park. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Hallim Park, get off the bus and wait for the next local bus number 785 or 771, which will take you closer to Hwansang Forest. After about 15 minutes, get off at the stop named 'Hwansang Forest Entrance.' From the bus stop, it's a short 5-minute walk to the entrance of Hwansang Forest.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from any location in Jeju City. Simply tell the driver 'Hwansang Forest' or provide the address: Hangyeong-myeon, Nokchabunjae-ro, 594-1, Jeju-si. The taxi ride will take about 40 minutes depending on traffic. This option is more convenient and allows for flexibility in your schedule.
