From Jeju City, head to the nearest bus terminal (Jeju Intercity Bus Terminal). Take the bus number 600 or 780 heading to Seogwipo. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Get off at the 'Cheonjeyeon Waterfall' bus stop. From the bus stop, walk south on the main road (Jeongbang-ro) for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Jungmun Tourist Complex Road. Turn left onto Jungmun Tourist Complex Road and continue walking for another 10 minutes until you see PLAY KPOP JEJU on your right at 110번길 15.

If you're near the center of Jeju City, you can take a taxi directly to PLAY KPOP JEJU. Simply tell the driver 'Saekdal-dong, 중문관광로 110번길 15' or show them the address written down. The ride will take around 40 minutes depending on traffic.

If you are already in Seogwipo, you can walk to PLAY KPOP JEJU from the Seogwipo City Hall. Head south on Seogwipo-ro for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Jungmun Tourist Complex Road.
