By Car
If you are traveling by car, you can easily reach Cheonjiyeon Waterfall by following the signs for Seogwipo. From Jeju City, take Route 113 towards Seogwipo. After approximately 40 km, merge onto Route 50, which will lead you directly into Seogwipo. As you approach the city, look for signs pointing to Cheonjiyeon Waterfall. There is a parking lot available near the waterfall entrance (small parking fee may apply, typically around 1,000 KRW). Once parked, it’s a short walk to the waterfall.

Public Transportation – Bus
To reach Cheonjiyeon Waterfall by public transportation, take a bus from Jeju City. You can catch the bus No. 600, which goes directly to Seogwipo. The journey takes about 1 hour and the fare is around 2,000 KRW. Once you arrive at the Seogwipo Intercity Bus Terminal, you can transfer to bus No. 정방폭포 (Jeongbang Waterfall) or take a local taxi (approximately 5,000 KRW) to reach the waterfall. The waterfall is about a 10-minute ride from the terminal. Look for the signs that indicate Cheonjiyeon Waterfall as you approach.

If you prefer a more direct method, you can take a taxi from anywhere on Jeju Island. Simply tell the driver 'Cheonjiyeon Waterfall' (천지연 폭포) and they will take you there. The fare will vary depending on your starting location, but expect to pay around 15,000 to 30,000 KRW from various locations in Seogwipo or Jeju City. Taxis are convenient for groups or those with limited time.
