For those using public transportation, take bus number 100 or 101 from Jeju City Hall or the Jeju Intercity Bus Terminal. The bus fare is around 1,200 KRW. Get off at the Oedo 2(i)-dong bus stop, which is about a 10-minute walk from Woldaecheon. From the bus stop, walk southwest along Oedo 2(i)-dong until you reach the destination.
