There is ample parking available at the park entrance, but please note that a parking fee of approximately 2,000 KRW may apply.

For public transportation, you can take Bus No. 780 from Jeju City. The bus departs from the Jeju Intercity Bus Terminal. Make sure to check the latest schedules, as they can vary. The bus ride will take approximately 50 minutes. Get off at the Hallasan National Park Entrance stop. From there, it's a short walk to the park entrance. The fare is around 2,000 KRW. Ensure you have change as the bus may not accept large bills.
