Walking
From the main entrance of Jeonju Hanok Village, head south towards the Hanok Village's main street. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with the main road. Cross the street and continue straight. You will pass by several traditional houses on your left and right. After about a 10-minute walk, you will approach the area of Dongseohak-dong. Look for the sign that indicates Cheongyeollu is nearby.

Public Transportation - Bus
If you prefer to take the bus, find the nearest bus stop in Jeonju Hanok Village. Board Bus No. 5 or 7, which heads towards Wansan-gu. The fare is approximately 1,200 KRW. Stay on the bus for about 5 stops (approximately 10 minutes). Get off at Dongseohak-dong bus stop. From there, Cheongyeollu is a short 5-minute walk. Head east on Dongseohak-dong street, and you will find Cheongyeollu at 940-2 Dongseohak-dong.
