From Omokdae, head south towards Jeondong Catholic Church, located about a 10-minute walk away. After reaching the church, continue straight for another 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Eunhaeng-ro. Turn left onto Eunhaeng-ro and walk for about 7 minutes. You will see the entrance to 한옥마을전망대 (Hanok Village Observation Deck) on your right side, located at 24 Eunhaeng-ro, Wansan-gu.
