If you are already in Jeonju and close to Jeonju Hanok Village, start by walking towards the Hanok Village entrance at 99 Gyeonggijeon-gil. From there, head east along Gyeonggijeon-gil until you reach the intersection with the main road. Continue straight for about 700 meters until you see the Fan Culture Center on your left at 93 Gyeonggijeon-gil. The center is located near the Jeonju Traditional Culture Center, making it easy to spot.

To reach the Fan Culture Center by bus, head to the nearest bus stop serving routes 11, 12, or 17. Board the bus and ride until you reach the 'Gyeonggijeon' stop. From there, disembark and walk about 200 meters northeast along Gyeonggijeon-gil. The Fan Culture Center will be on your right side at 93 Gyeonggijeon-gil.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the bike-sharing stations around Jeonju. From the Hanok Village, head east on Gyeonggijeon-gil.
