Car
If you are driving, you can start from Cheongju, the provincial capital. Take the Gyeongbu Expressway (Route 1) southbound. After about 30 km, take exit 25 towards Cheonan. Continue straight onto the local road, and follow signs to Mokcheon. The Independence Hall of Korea is located at 1 Dongnipginyeomgwan-ro, Mokcheon-eup, Dongnam-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungcheongnam-do. The parking lot is available on-site.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From Cheongju, you can take a bus to Cheonan. Buses run frequently from Cheongju Bus Terminal to Cheonan Bus Terminal. Once you arrive at Cheonan Bus Terminal, you can take local bus number 7 or 11, which will take you directly to Mokcheon. The bus ride takes about 30-40 minutes. After getting off at Mokcheon, it is a short walk to Independence Hall of Korea.

Public Transportation (Train)
Alternatively, you can take a train from Cheongju to Cheonan Station. The KTX or Mugunghwa trains are available. Once you arrive at Cheonan Station, take a taxi to Independence Hall of Korea, which is about a 15-minute drive. The taxi fare should be approximately 10,000 KRW.
