    If you are driving, you can start from Cheongju, the provincial capital. Take the Gyeongbu Expressway (Route 1) southbound. After about 30 km, take exit 25 towards Cheonan. Continue straight onto the local road, and follow signs to Mokcheon. The Independence Hall of Korea is located at 1 Dongnipginyeomgwan-ro, Mokcheon-eup, Dongnam-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungcheongnam-do. The parking lot is available on-site.

    From Cheongju, you can take a bus to Cheonan. Buses run frequently from Cheongju Bus Terminal to Cheonan Bus Terminal.
