From Pohang Intercity Bus Terminal, take bus number 111 or 112 towards Homigot. The journey will take approximately 50 minutes. Make sure to inform the driver that you need to get off at Homigot Sunrise Square. The bus will drop you off near the entrance of the square, where you can easily follow the signs to the main attraction.
