If you are traveling by car, you can navigate to the Jinju Namgang Lantern Festival Site by using a GPS device or map application. Start by getting onto the Gyeongbu Expressway (Expressway 1) if you are coming from Busan or Ulsan. Continue on the Gyeongbu Expressway for approximately 100 km and take the exit towards Jinju. Follow the signs for Jinju, which will lead you onto National Route 3. After entering Jinju, keep following the road signs directing you to the city center. Once you reach the city, turn onto Namgang-ro. The festival site is located at 626 Namgang-ro, and you will find parking available nearby.

Public Transportation
To visit the Jinju Namgang Lantern Festival Site using public transportation, take a bus or train to Jinju. If you are traveling from Busan, you can take an express intercity bus from the Busan Seobu Bus Terminal to Jinju. The journey takes about 2 to 2.5 hours. Once you arrive at the Jinju Bus Terminal, exit the terminal and take bus number 1 or 2, which will take you directly to the city center. Get off at the stop near Namgang-ro. From there, it is a short walk to 626 Namgang-ro, where the festival site is located.
