Getting There
Bus
From Suncheon Station, exit the station and head to the bus terminal located nearby. Look for bus number 41 or 42, which will take you to Yongdang-dong. The journey will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you board the bus, inform the driver that you are going to Bonghwasan. Get off at the Yongdang-dong stop. From there, walk about 500 meters to the northwest on Yongdang-ro until you reach Bonghwasan.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from any point in Suncheon. Simply tell the driver to take you to "Bonghwasan in Yongdang-dong". The ride will take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. This option is ideal if you are traveling with luggage or prefer not to walk too much.
Walking
If you are staying in the downtown area of Suncheon, you can walk to Bonghwasan. Start from Suncheon’s central park, head south on the main road toward Yongdang-dong. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will see signs directing you toward Bonghwasan. Continue walking straight until you reach the foot of the mountain.
