Getting There

Subway
Start at Suwon Station, located in the city center. Take Line 1 (the dark blue line) towards Seodongtan. After 12 stops, you will arrive at Dongdaemun Station. Transfer to Line 2 (the green line) at Dongdaemun Station. Take Line 2 towards Gangnam, and travel for 3 stops until you reach Jamsil Station. At Jamsil Station, transfer to Line 8 (the pink line) and take it towards Amsa Station. After 8 stops, get off at Achasan Station. From Achasan Station, exit through Exit 2 and walk straight for about 10 minutes to reach the base of Achasan Mountain.

Bus
From Suwon Station, head to the bus terminal located just outside the station. Board Bus 3000, which operates towards Dongdaemun. This bus will take you directly to the Achasan area. After approximately 50 minutes, get off at the Achasan Park stop. From there, it is a short 5-minute walk to the entrance of Achasan Mountain.
