    From Suwon Station, take Line 1 (the dark blue line) towards Seoul. After about 30 minutes, get off at City Hall Station. Transfer to Line 2 (the green line) towards Gangnam. Continue for about 5 stops and get off at Samseong Station. From Samseong Station, take Exit 7. Walk straight for about 10 minutes, and you will reach Bongeunsa Temple located at 531 Bongeunsa-ro.

    At Suwon Station, find the bus stop for bus number 3000. Take the bus towards Gangnam. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour. Get off at the 'Bongeunsa' stop. From the bus stop, walk about 5 minutes to reach the temple entrance at 531 Bongeunsa-ro.

  • Taxi

    You can also take a taxi directly from Suwon to Bongeunsa Temple. Simply tell the driver the address: 531 Bongeunsa-ro, Gangnam District, Seoul. The ride will take about 40 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to check if the taxi is using the meter.
