Getting There

Subway
To reach Bugak Palgakjeong, start by taking Line 1 (the dark blue line) at Suwon Station. Travel towards the direction of Seodongtan Station and get off at the last stop, which is Seoul Station. From Seoul Station, transfer to Line 4 (the light blue line) and head towards Danggogae Station. Get off at the fourth stop, which is Gyeongbokgung Station. Use Exit 2 to exit the station. Once you are outside, you can take a taxi to Bugak Palgakjeong or walk towards the destination.

If you prefer a more direct route from Gyeongbokgung Station, you can hail a taxi. Tell the driver you want to go to Bugak Palgakjeong, located at 267 Bugaksan-ro, Pyeongchang-dong, Jongno District. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

From Gyeongbokgung Station, you can also take bus number 1020 or 7212. Board the bus at the bus stop near the station and ride for about 10-15 minutes. Get off at the Bugak Palgakjeong bus stop, which is located close to the entrance of the park. From there, it's a short walk to the viewing pavilion.

If you enjoy walking and prefer a scenic route, after exiting Gyeongbokgung Station, head towards the Gyeongbokgung Palace and walk north along the main road. Follow the signs to Bugak Mountain. The walk takes approximately 30 minutes and offers beautiful views of the area.
