Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from Suwon Station, exit the station and head southwest on Paldal-ro. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Paldalsan-ro. Turn left onto Paldalsan-ro. Keep walking for about 10 minutes, and you will see Seonamammun Gate on your right.

  • Walking

    From Hwaseong Fortress, walk towards the main entrance of the fortress. Once you exit the fortress, head southeast on Paldal-ro for about 5 minutes. Turn right onto Paldalsan-ro, and after a short walk, you will find Seonamammun Gate on your left.

  • Public Transport (Bus)

    If you are near the Suwon City Hall, take bus number 13 or 36 heading towards Paldal-gu. Get off at the Seonamammun Gate bus stop. The gate is just a short walk from the bus stop; head towards Paldalsan-ro, and you will see the gate in front of you.

    If you are at the Suwon Hwaseong Museum, exit the museum and head east on Paldal-ro. Walk straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Paldalsan-ro. Turn left onto Paldalsan-ro, and after a few minutes, Seonamammun Gate will be on your right.
