UNESCO Suwon Hwaseong Fortress Wall Hiking Tour with Expert Guide
Like going for a walk and lunch with a friend
A great way to experience the Suwon Fortress. Yujin met me at the train station and we walked up to the fortress and then around to visit the gates. Yujin was very friendly, informative and enthusiastic about her hometown. She answered all of my questions about the fortress and Korean life in general. It was not a private tour but since I was the only guest that day, it was just me and Yujin having a stroll. We stopped by the media art centre that had some beautiful creative installations well worth the time. Given three choices for lunch, I chose noodles. We had a delicious lunch (freshly fried mung bean pancakes and noodle soup filled with tiny fresh clams, washed down with Makgeolli) in the traditional market at an authentic eatery. I highly recommend this not-quite-your-usual tour!

Gourmet Walking Tour Review
The guide was an excellent communicator and quite knowledgeable about the Fortress. She took time to explain the history at each walking point. Classic about Veronica guide was the food tasting at different points which delves into the history of the Korean way of doing things. veronica was well prepared and easy to communicate with.
